Thank you for choosing Scenic Bus Booking. Our aim is that our cancellation and refund process is also as transparent and easy as our booking process. ✨


1. How to Request a Cancellation ❌


Please keep your booking details ready when contacting us. 📝


Since we work entirely via WhatsApp, all cancellation requests must be initiated only by sending a message from your registered mobile number to our official WhatsApp support number: +91-8707263139. 📱


2. Operator-Specific Policy 🚌


Scenic Bus Booking is an authorized seat seller agent. Please note that the cancellation terms, partial refund percentage, and timeline are entirely decided by the respective bus service operator (e.g., the specific private or government bus company running on that route). 🏢


The exact cancellation fee depends on how many hours are left for the bus to depart at the scheduled time. ⏳


On last-minute cancellations, a partial or zero refund may be given according to the rules of the respective bus operator. ⚠️


3. Refund Process and Timeline 🔄


After the cancellation is confirmed by the bus operator, your refund (after deducting the applicable operator cancellation charges and booking convenience fee) will be processed. ⚙️


The refund will be credited directly to the same payment source (UPI/GPay/PhonePe/bank account) that was used at the time of booking. 💳


The refund amount usually arrives in your account within 5 to 7 working days. 🏦


4. Scenic Bus Booking Service Charge 💰


If Scenic Bus Booking charges any service or assistance fee, then please note: 📌


Service charges are only for professional booking support and customer assistance. 🎧


Once the service is provided, the service fee will not be refunded, even if the ticket is cancelled later. 🚫


5. No-Show and Partial Journey 🚷


In "no-show" situations (if a passenger is unable to board the bus on time) or if a passenger decides to leave the journey midway, no refund will be given. ❌
